The Effects Of New Schools On Property Value Can Anyone Suggest An Alternative To Taxing All Townfolks (as Opposed To Just Parents) To Educate Children?

Can anyone suggest an alternative to taxing all townfolks (as opposed to just parents) to educate children? - the effects of new schools on property value

Looks like someone who is 100 years ago the wheel that landed on the owner. Why is this burden falls directly on the parents (especially the rich)? Why are the owners against any citizens or otherwise. It seems a bit random and I know it is common practice today, and almost everyone has stopped or even questioned.

It also appears that the plan of the local economy, the impact of the school is closely linked to real estate to do something to separate the two.

The people in the cities and school systems are not poor children not only have to pay the bill for the children of his neighbors who have seen their values to remain at home and won due to poor student performance, teacher or other means.

Perhaps there should be fined for parents, bad student because their child takes all the property values of others? Sounds complicated, but the costs have already been allocated, so complex.

Everyone pays for education, because we all benefit from the students with a basic education. If parents had to pay for the entire bill for education, many students are denied an education. This ultimately will bring the economy, not because people have the skills to find good jobs for stay.

Property taxes do not affect everyone. If you do not pay your own house, rent and the tenant must pay taxes --- and you will probably gain to cover part of their income to these charges. To stop acting like the owners to pay the entire bill.

However, I agree that parents of children who can perform badly that should take courses in parenting (as well as parents of children who behave badly) or something to help theirChildren.

If you think education is screwed now, wait until Hillary parties to re-educate the youth of America in their own way.

Youth goes to Hillary?

A better way would be to offer tax breaks for parents with alternative education. The parents should not pay more of the bill, but many private schools and all schools of origin, are less expensive than the public schools. And it is not mandatory deductions cover the full cost.

Also, competition can accelerate improved performance in public schools.

PS are loaded with the need for counseling, offer clinics, etc., not the other schools. In addition, a government bureaucracy with little effective accountability easier to lose money.

Moreover, we must stop chasing the school a "right" and troublemakers (real, not just those that are a nuisance).

My first thought is that, if you pass the burden of education costs go alone to the parents, two things:

1) The parents can not afford education for their children, and then how to apply? Confiscate the car? Take ownership of your house? Take that, what they eat, to pay the tuition fees? You may end up with children who do not receive education because their parents could not afford to send them to school.

2) adults who know they will end an additional burden to decide on, you can not have children, then with a slower population growth, resulting in less tax money from the government for 20-25 years on the road.

I see the relationship between a child and under-performing public propertyIce ... I think there are serious things ackwards. Normally, children living in slums, to feel the despair that are hungry because they were sent to school without breakfast. Consequently, they are worse in school, so do not contribute to their community as much as other students.

This does not mean that poor children are less able to learn and to the trend, or vice versa, that contribute to the rich kids in the future even more ... I know that some spoiled rich kids who are not half as bright as the poor children, but they have covered their money or Mama and Papa.

So overall, what is happening is that the system of public funding your church Shool, since 75% of school-leavers inCommunity. It's like a community, invest in yourself ... their future leaders and entrepreneurs.

How were they educated? Not a target person without children, the cost of their education? Why is there no longer about how much to pay for criminals? Why is there no longer about how much to pay for illegal immigrants or people who do not want to get a job?
