What does AP Biology lab # 5 data mean?!? - lab 5 for ap biology

We have done all the laboratory procedures No. 5 in the AP biology, cellular respiration, germination stage to give the peas and nongerminating peas and nongerminating beads of 6 bottles je 2 In any case, after placing the slices and respirometer temperature of the bath with cold water. Water both wrote our results, so my question is, who wrote that the data represent what? NOT: S. ..

I ahah that practice now. However, the data represent the amount of oxygen consumed. Because peas are placed in bottles, where the germination or latent oxygen absorption as a result of cellular respiration. So try what we do is actually to see how temperature affects the respiration rate (the amount of oxygen at temperatures colder than in warmer or peas germinate or used in the suspended hot water absorbed / use more oxygen [vice versa for the cold water])). Hope this helps ... This laboratory is a bit complicated, so far my favorite is the plant photosynthesis and pigment and ... That you really understand it. Good luck.
