What could high hemoglobin levels indicate? - hemoglobin too high

The subject is otherwise a healthy man of 20 years with exceptionally high hemoglobin.

That is why I say that the dehydrogenation phrase falsely elevated hemoglobin which disappears when you reset the appropriate fluid balance produced. Some other common causes are lung disease, certain tumors, a disease of the bone marrow, such as polycythemia vera, and abuse of erythropoietin (Epogen), which by athletes for blood doping purposes.
